1. First visit the https://www.firstdigitalcard.com/activate

2. Enter the 16 digit Card Number first.

3. Now enter the Social Security Number in the box provided.

4. Finally enter your Phone Number.

5. Now Click on the Activate Button and the card will be activated soon.

Note that it can take up to 10 business days to receive your new card once your application has been approved.

2. Mail us a check or money order, accompanied by the remittance coupon from your billing statement, to PO Box 23045, Columbus, GA 31902.

3. Authorize us to debit a payment electronically from your bank account by visiting myccpay.com
