Step 2. Enter the Credit Card Account Number

Step 3. Enter the Expiration Date and Identification Type like Social Security Number or Social Insurance Number

Step 4. Now Enter Last 4 Numbers of Social Security.

Step 5. Lastly Enter the ZIP Code / Postal Code.

Step 6. Click on Continue.

Step 7. If the details given is correct, then the card will be activated soon.

Once you’ve successfully activated your new card, you can use it immediately.

After you’ve activated your new card please destroy the old one (if you still have it) as it is no longer active or valid.
